Doctor cocktail recipe

Some things are just meant to be. Rum and lime, it's a match made in heaven. The Doctor cocktail hails from Jamaica and is a celebration of rum and lime. Here, fabulous Smith and Cross Jamaica rum combines with the rum-flavoured Swedish Punsch and is offset with the acidity of the lime juice.

35ml Smith & Cross

35ml Swedish Punch

15ml Lime juice

Glass

Coupe

How to mix

Add all ingredients to Boston shaker, shake with ice and double strain out into chilled coupe.

Garnish

Lime wedge.
