Capitan cocktail recipe - A classic Peruvian cocktail
A classic Peruvian cocktail not dissimilar to the Manhattan. More often than not, Acholado Pisco is called for. Acholado, meaning 'blended', is a blend of three Pisco varieties; Quebranta, Italia and Torontel which combines to offer the best character of all three varieties in this drink.
Ingredients
40ml BarSol Acholado
40ml Cocchi Vermouth di Torino
Glass
Rocks
How to mix
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice, stir it down and serve in a chilled rocks glass.
