Flip cocktail recipe
Served hot or cold, and made with a spirit or fortified wine of your choice, the Flip cocktail is as versatile a drink as they come. Containing cream, eggs and sugar, they work particularly well with dark spirits, American Whiskey especially.
Ingredients
35ml Michters US*1 Unblended American Whiskey
25ml Sweet Oloroso Sherry
5ml Sugar syrup
1 Whole egg
10ml Double cream
Glass

How to mix
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, first dry shake all ingredients, then add ice and wet shake. Finally,double strain into coupe glass.
