Earl grey tea spritz cocktail recipe
The quintessential Italian aperitivo hour drink, the Spritz, is invited to British afternoon tea in this delicious summer cocktail. Cocchi Rosa's flavours of orange zest and rose pair perfectly with the Earl Grey tea's bergamot note.
Ingredients
60ml Cocchi Rosa
50ml Chilled & strongly brewed Earl Grey Tea
5ml Sugar syrup
Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic - Top

How to mix
Brew the Earl Grey tea for double the box's stated brew time and add on three minutes, then leave to cool. When the tea is cold, add all ingredients (without the tonic) to a wine glass and stir together. Add ice up to the rim of the glass and top up with the tonic water.
