Cattier Brut Saphir Champagne

This Champagne offers a pale gold colour, broken only by a ribbon of fine bubbles. Bright, Punchy aromas of apple and pear open it up nicely to a delicate finish with sweet, floral notes on the nose. On the Palate the first sip brings bright freshness and fruity aromas of peach, grapefruit, strawberry, cherry, followed by floral notes and a long toasty finish. the Cattier Brut Saphir is an apertif champagne.
