Bottega Pink Gold Rosé Prosecco DOC
A blend of 85% Glera and 15% Pinot Noir, the "Ripasso" method is used in the fermentation of the Pinot Noir with the skins with a small percentage of Glera which is blended into the remaining Glera for the second fermentation to retain freshness and longevity. The colour is bright pink mother-of-pearl. It has apple, apricot and cherry scents with delicate bread crust and floral notes like peach blossoms. The taste is fresh and delicate; it is fragrant on the palate with all the aroma characteristics.
