Dalmore 18 Year Old

Under the watchful eye of our Master Distiller, the liquid is initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks. This gives its first base of soft vanilla and honey notes.

For its final maturation, the whisky is then transferred into casks which have held 30 year old Matusalem oloroso sherry, exclusively provided by the renowned Gonzalez Byass bodega. These personally curated sherry casks gift the whisky its rich, deep chocolate character.

Tasting notes

The Aroma Vanilla, dark chocolate, orange and cinnamon.
On the Palate, Dark chocolate, candied citrus fruits, rich coffee, nutmeg and soft liquorice.
Finishing Note,s Citrus fruits and rich molasses.
