MATT & MARCUS created Pickering’s Gin and Summer hall Distillery which they built themselves, from scratch, in the heart of Edinburgh. The original 1947 recipe features nine Bombay botanicals, which they re-engineered to create Pickering’s famous full-bodied flavour with perfect bitter-sweet balance.
