Pickering's Original 1947 Gin

MATT & MARCUS created Pickering’s Gin and Summer hall Distillery which they built themselves, from scratch, in the heart of Edinburgh. The original 1947 recipe features nine Bombay botanicals, which they re-engineered to create Pickering’s famous full-bodied flavour with perfect bitter-sweet balance.

Fragrant, aromatic and warming. Initial crisp juniper notes quickly give way to a long finish of cardamom, clove and cinnamon spice.
