Mojito Cocktail Recipe - The taste of Havana
A traditional highball Mojito cocktail is the taste of Havana. A popular summer drink due to its combination of sweetness, citrus and mint flavours, this cocktail is a fab addition to your party bar. There are many theories about the true history of the Mojito from native Americans to African slaves but our favourite has to be Sir Frances Drake. It is said that the El Draque cocktail was almost the same, although prepared with brandy instead of rum had a very similar taste to the modern day Mojito.
Be warned, the sweet taste of a mojito with its lime and fresh mint kick are seriously easy to drink. This makes them incredibly refreshing but be careful not to overdo it!
