It’s our Aperol Spritz Cocktail Recipe- Cin Cin!

An Aperol Spritz is the perfect Summer aperitif with its refreshing bittersweet taste and beautiful vibrant orange hue, it’s almost sunshine in a glass. Originating from Italy, Aperol is an infusion of herbs and roots it is an incredibly light liqueur, with its alcohol content only 11% When paired with Prosecco it makes for very easy drinking. This is a cocktail recipe that you’ll keep coming back to. As with all our cocktails, the quantities are just a guide, so feel free to mix it up, adjust quantities to taste, experiment, but most of all enjoy.

Ingredients

50 ml Aperol

75 ml Prosecco

Top Soda Water

Glass

Wine Glass

 How to mix

Put a couple of cubes of ice into a glass and add the Aperol, followed by the Prosecco and

top up with soda.
